If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information, failure to pick up the package, or refusal of the delivery, we will issue a refund minus the shipping fees once the package has been received back at our facility.

If you receive a damaged package or if items are missing from your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
