3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), HudsonLens will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Change of Mind: If the return is due to a change of mind, preference, or incorrect purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and will return within 7-10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

6. Exchanges
